摘要
变速箱齿轮热处理工艺一般以渗碳淬火为主,该工艺中有许多影响热处理变形的因素,如油温、渗碳温度、渗碳时间和淬火温度等。采用正交试验方法合理安排试验方案,对试验数据进行统计分析,选出最佳的渗碳淬火工艺参数,效果良好,变形稳定。通过试验比较了不同热处理设备对变形的影响规律,找到不同设备对变形的影响差异。
The main heat treatment process of transmission gear are carburizing and quenching. There are many influence factors on heat treatment distortion in the process, such as oil temperature, carburizing temperature, carburizing time and quenching temperature. The number of tests is reducd by using the orthogonal method. The optimal parameters of the carburizing and quenching process were selected aider the statistical analysis on experimental data, and the effect is good. The effect law and effect difference on distortion under different heat-treating facility was found by comparing the experimental data.
