摘要
目的观察福辛普利联合硝苯地控释片平治疗高龄老人原发性高血压的治疗效果。方法选取2013年10月~2015年11月我院收治的80例高龄原发性高血压患者作为研究对象。80例患者随机分为A、B,C,D四组,每组20例患者。其中A组服用福辛普利钠,B组服用硝苯地平控释片,C组联合服用福辛普利钠和硝苯地平控释片两种药物,D组给予安慰剂。结果 A组、B组、C组患者治疗后舒张压与收缩压均有所下降,A组与B组血压小幅下降不明显,C组相较于A组、B组下降幅度效果显著,D组血压未见明显变化。结论福辛普利钠联合硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压疗效相对较好,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objectives To observe Fosinpril Sodium Tablets joint Nifedipine Controlled Tablets treatment of essential hypertension. Methods Select foom October 2013 to November 2015 in our hospital 80 cases of elderly hypertensive patients as research subjects. 80 patients were randomly divided into A, B, C, D four groups of 20 patients. Where in A group taking sodium fosinopril, nifedipine GITS group B, group C jointly administered sodium fosinopril and nifedipine two drugs, D group were given a placebo. Results After the A, B, C three groups of patients diastolic blood pressure （DBP） and systolic blood pressure （SBP） has declined, A group and B group blood pressure decreased slightly obvious, group C compared to A, B groups decline effect significantly, D group no significant change in blood pressure. Conclusion The combination of Fosinpfil Sodium Tablets and Nifedipine Controlled Tablets in hypertension is relatively good, worthy of clinical application.
