摘要
公共文化服务体系建设是中国特色社会主义文化建设的重要内容。党的十八大以来,更多的学者将目光转向公共文化服务体系建设。学者们主要从公共文化服务体系的基本内涵、建设主体、服务模式、运行机制、评价体系、路径创新等方面进行了深入探讨,取得了许多可喜的成果。为进一步推进我国公共文化服务体系建设,实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标,梳理和总结了十八大以来我国公共文化服务体系研究取得的成就,剖析了尚存在的问题。
Public cultural service system construction is the important content of the cultural construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It becomes a hot field since 18 th CPC National Congress. Scholars made gratifying achievements by the thorough discussion on the basic connotation,the main body of construction,service mode,operation mechanism,evaluation system,paths innovation of public cultural service system. In order to promote China’s public cultural service system construction and the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way,we reviewed and summarized the achievements of public cultural services system construction and analyzed the existing problems since 18 th CPC National Congress.
