摘要
通过调研大量城市旧楼,对城市旧楼的建成年代、结构类型、产权归属的现状进行了归类与分析,并据此整理出城市旧房所存在的共性问题。同时剖析旧楼问题产生的根源及旧楼解危面临的困境,对旧楼改造措施提出建议,通过对实例分析论证了措施的可操作性。
The increasing collapses of shabby buildings have once again brought the safety of urban dangerous buildings to the public attention. Through investigation of a great number of dangerous buildings in cities, the research classifies and analyzes the current status of city dangerous buildings in the aspects of construction year, structure type, and property ownership in order to sort out the common problems of them. It also explores the causes of these problems and the dilemma to solve them, thus to present some reconstruction measures for the dangerous buildings. Finally some cases are analyzed to verify the feasibility of these measures.
