摘要
通过研究输变电设备管控全域数据,构建了支撑多种业务应用系统的数据平台。涵盖电网模型、运行、监测、运维、试验、环境等多维度数据,基于公共信息模型设计了输变电设备状态监测统一信息模型。通过模式元素附加属性来控制存储方式,有机地结合关系数据库和分布式文件系统来实现数据的有序存储;通过设定数据源系统优先级,完成数据汇聚及数据质量优化;建立的输变电设备管控数据平台,通过标准服务,支撑设备监测、状态评价、故障诊断等各种应用系统,可提高数据共享价值。
This paper studies global data of control on power transmission and transformation equipments and constructs a da- ta platform for supporting various business application system, which covers multi-dimension data including power grid mod- el, operation, monitoring, operation and maintenance, experiment, environment and so on. Based on public information model, it also designs an unified information model for state monitoring on power transmission and transformation equip- ments. Additive attribute of mode element is used for controlling storage mode , relationship database and distributed file system are combined to realize well-organized storage of data. By setting priority of the data source system, data collection and data quality optimization is finished. The data platform for controlling power transmission and transformation equip- ments could improve data sharing values by means of standard services, supporting equipment monitoring, state evaluation, fault diagnosis, and so on.
