摘要
针对部分HX型机车路况摄像头存在遮挡的问题,提出一种新型可调式路况摄像头安装座,通过优化安装座的结构,可实现对路况摄像头位置的多维度调整,避免监控视野遮挡问题。通过在兰州西机务段装车运用验证,该安装座可彻底解决摄像头遮挡问题,达到预期效果。
To deal with the occlusion problem of railway condition monitoring camera which is used on some HX type locomotives,we proposes a new adjustable mounting seat design,through optimized the mounting seat structure,it could realize multidimensional adjustment to avoid the monitoring view occlusion problem. By using this new design on the locomotives which located in Lan Zhou West locomotive depot,it could completely solve the occlusion problem,and obtain expected results.
