摘要
氢气是一种高效,无毒的氧自由基清除剂,研究表明氢气能通过清除氧自由基减轻缺血、中毒引起的心肝肾以及胃肠和神经等多种组织损伤,促进溃疡的修复。本研究通过观察注射氢盐水对运动性贫血大鼠红细胞及铁代谢指标的影响,探讨防治运动性贫血的新思路和方法。结果表明,在建立大鼠运动性贫血模型后,注射氢盐水大鼠的血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)和红细胞压积(Hct)等指标明显高于实验对照组。注射氢盐水可减少红细胞氧化损伤造成的溶血,提高红细胞相关指标,改善大鼠的运动性贫血状况。
Hydrogen is an efficient and nontoxic scavenger of oxygen free radicals, research shows that hydrogen can alleviate ischemia,poisoning caused by the liver and kidney,gastrointestinal and other nerve tissue injury by scavenging oxygen free radicals, promote ulcer repair. In this research, we studied the effect the erythrocytes and iron metabolism in rats with sports anemia by injecting hydrogen saline, and to explore new ideas and methods to prevent and treat sports anemia. The results showed that the hemoglobin(Hb), the quantity of the erythrocyte(RBC) and hematokrit(Hct) were significantly higher than those in the control group after the sports anemia rat model established. Inject hydrogen saline can reduce the erythrocytes oxidative damage caused by hemolysis, improve the erythrocytes related indicators, improve the sports anemia in rats.
