摘要
目的:用响应面法优化糖槭叶总多糖的闪式提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,以糖槭叶总多糖的提取率为响应值,以料液比、提取时间、提取电压为主要考察因素,采用响应面法优化闪式提取糖槭叶总多糖的最佳工艺参数。结果:经响应面优化得到当料液比为1:21.40,提取时间为81.68 s,提取电压为152.23 V时,糖槭叶总多糖的提取率最高,可达到6.27%。结论:闪式提取法适用于糖槭叶总多糖的提取,该工艺具有方便、快速和高效的优点。且经响应面法优化所得的最佳提取条件准确可靠,具有一定的实用价值。
Objective: To optimize the homogenate extraction of total polysaccharide from Acer Saccharum Marsh leaves based on response surface methodology. Methods: To optimize the optimum process parameters of the homogenate extraction of total polysaccharide from Acer Saccharum Marsh leaves using response surface methodology which is based on the single factor test that use extraction rate as response value and use solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction voltage as the main study factors. Results: The optimum condition was achieved when solid-liquid ratio was 1: 21. 40,extraction time was 81. 68 s,and extraction voltage was 152. 23 V. The extraction rate was the highest,which can reach 6. 27%. Conclusion: The homogenate extraction was suitable for extraction of total polysaccharide from Acer Saccharum Marsh leaves. The process had the advantages of convenient,fast and efficient. The optimal conditions based on response surface methodology was accurate.
