摘要 为了改变纯二氧化硅气凝胶的低强度和低韧性,用水镁石纤维来增强二氧化硅气凝胶,条件的优化是制备增强型硅气凝胶材料的关键,通过优化分散剂的种类和用量、纤维的用量以探寻最佳的制备条件.结果表明:当选择十二烷基磺酸钠做分散剂、分散剂的用量为纤维质量的15%、纤维为纯二氧化硅质量的4%的条件下,制得的纤维增强型SiO_2气凝胶的机械性能最佳. In this paper, sihca aerogels had been reinforced with brucite fiber due to the low strength and poor toughness of pure silica aerogels, but the key of study was the preparation conditions. The optimum preparation conditions had been studied by optimizing the type and amount of dispersing agent and the amount of fiber. The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions were that dispersing agent was chosen to sodium dodecylsulphate,the dosage of the dispersant was 15%, and the quality of fiber was 4% of pure silica. Under these conditions, the prepared fiber reinforced silica aerogels had the best mechanical properties.
