新型磁力式液面检测仪表的发明研究

摘要 新型磁力式液面检测仪,利用阿基米德定律、牛顿第三运动定律及磁性物质的特性,将液面检测浮子与永久磁钢分体设计,浮子设置在容器内,永久磁钢设置在容器外,保证检测液体封闭在容器内。既能避免容器外连通管内易燃易爆液体泄漏,液面计又不受液面检测高度的限制,彻底解决了普通玻璃板、石英管液面计易破碎,测量范围小、受环境温度影响等缺陷。该产品节能、环保,且制造成本低,安装方便、适用不同高度容器的液面检测,应用于工业企业,具有很好的应用前景。 Using Archimedean Principle, Newton's Third Law of Motion and the characteristics of the magnetic substance, the new-type magnetic liquid level detector realizes the liquid level detection float and the permanent-magnet steel designed separately, which means that the float is disposed within the container, however, the permanent-magnet steel is disposed without the container. This ensures that the detected liquid enclosed in the container, both avoiding the flammable and combustible liquid in the outer communicating pipe of the container leaks, and releasing the height limit of the detected liquid level, which completely resolves the defects from the ordinary glass and quartz tube level gauges that are fragile, of limited measuring range, and easily influenced by ambient temperature, etc. Moreover, the product is energy-efficient, environmental, low-cost in manufacture, convenient to install, and suitable for liquid level detection of containers in various heights. These advantages finally contribute to the promising prospect of the new-type magnetic liquid level instrumentation used in industrial enterprises.
