船用柴油/LNG双燃料发动机控制系统设计与推进特性试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据T8138ZLCz型船用柴油机的工作特性,以及液化天然气作为替代燃料的优势,设计一套柴油/天然气双燃料发动机控制系统。在不改变原机结构的基础上,加装液化天然气供给系统与电控系统,开展发动机性能台架试验,分析双燃料发动机的经济性和排放性能,并与原机进行对比。试验结果表明:该控制系统能保证发动机在双燃料模式下可靠运行;在相同工况下,改装后的双燃料发动机经济性较原机全面提升,在1 300r/min时最为明显,运行成本降低28.7%;碳烟和NOX排放均下降,最大降幅分别可达78.3%和68.3%,但CO和HC排放略有上升。 According to the work properties of T8138 ZLCz marine diesel engine and the advantages of LNG being alternative fuel,design a control system for diesel/LNG dual-fuel engine.Without changing the original engine structure,the supply and electric system of LNG was added to engine and carried out the engine performance test.Then,economy and emission characteristics of the dual fuel engine were analyzed and compared with the original machine.Experimental results show that engine runs well with this control system under dual-fuel mode.The economy characteristic of modified dual-fuel engine was noticeably improved under the same conditions,especially in 1 300r/min where cost consumption reduced by 28.7%.The amount of carbon smoke and NOxemissions also decrease and the biggest drop are 78.3% and 68.3% respectively.But the CO and HC emissions rise slightly.
