摘要
唐山国丰钢铁有限公司1450热轧线生产厚度≤2.3 mm薄规格带钢时,卷取叠头现象明显偏多,容易造成卷取堆钢事故,影响了生产节奏,增加了轧制成本。通过优化精轧辊型、处理辊道冷却水、调整辊道高度和改造卷取1#机出口活门等措施,减少了带钢卷取叠头现象,降低了卷取堆钢风险,提高了成材率。
In production of thin strip steel with thickness≤2.3 mm in 1450 hot rolling line of Guofeng, too much coiling head folding causes easily coiling strip piled up, affects production rhythm and increases rolling cost. With measures: optimizing roll shape of finish rolling, treating roll table cooling water, adjusting height of roll table and reforming exit valve of coiler 1, the defect of head folding decreased, the risk of coiling piling up reduced, the yield raised.
