微波消解-ICP-OES法测定玉蝴蝶中的矿质元素

摘要 以微波消解法对玉蝴蝶样品进行前处理,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法分析测定了样品中矿质元素的组成及含量。实验结果表明,从玉蝴蝶中定量分析了12种矿质元素,分别为K、Al、B、Ba、Ca、Fe、Mg、Mn、P、S、Sr和Zn,未检出元素Tl、Ti、Sn、Cu、Si以及Pb、Cd、Cr等重金属元素。各元素的RSD值在0.47%~13.43%之间。研究结果为玉蝴蝶食疗药用价值的进一步开发利用提供了一定的科学依据。 The samples were prepared by microwave digestion. The constituents and contents of mineral ele- ments of Oroxylum indicum were determined and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spec- trometry (ICP-OES). The experiment results showed that twelve kinds of mineral elements are quantitatively ana- lyzed from Oroxylum indicum, including K, Al, B, Ba, Ca, Fe, Mg, Mn, P, S, Sr and Zn. The elements of T1, Ti, Sn, Cu, Si and the heavy metal elements of Pb, Cd, Cr were not determined. The RSD was between 0.47% and 13.43%. The results of experiment will provide scientific data for the further development and utilization on the edible and medical value in Oroxylum indicum.
