摘要
自2012年MOOC元年以来,MOOC开启了在线教育的新纪元,它以颠覆性的"开放"和"创新"理念变革着传统课堂教学形式。从群体动力学中领导者、个体成员、群体结构、群体目标与群体环境五个方面对MOOC教学的本质进行重新解读,发现MOOC教学是一种群体性的活动,在教学过程中形成了一个复杂的学习交互网络,在群体交互之中完成学习的全过程,其教学的结果更多体现于群体智慧的生成。对MOOC教学中的四重转变进行深入的分析表明,MOOC教学中师生角色是"引导者"与"拓荒者",参与的形式从个体转向群体,学习的方式从获取已知答案转向探寻未知答案,学习的结果从学习知识转向学会学习。
Since 2012, the first year of MOOC, MOOC opened a new era of online education, which changed the traditional class-room teaching form with disruptive "open" and "innovation" philosophy. The paper made a re -interpretation about the nature of the MOOC from the five aspects :leader, group number, group objective, group structure and group environment of the group dynamics. As the findings, this article got the conclusions that the MOOC teaching was a kind of group activities. There was a complex network of interactive learning in the teaching process, in which the whole process of learning was been completed and the teaching results was reflected on the wisdom of crowds. At the last, the study further analysis the four changes of the MOOC teaching. With the hope that it could provide a new idea about the deeply integration of the MOOC and the traditional teaching.
