摘要
[目的]观察姜状三七的止血镇痛作用及急性毒性反应,为姜状三七的临床应用与开发提供参考。[方法]用水回流提取姜状三七,经浓缩干燥后得干浸膏粉,用前配制;镇痛作用采用小鼠醋酸扭体法,止血作用采用小鼠断尾法和毛细管法;并用其最大给药浓度的药液进行小鼠灌胃给药,连续观察14 d,记录小鼠毒性反应情况。[结果]与对照组比较,姜状三七中(2.58 g/kg)、低(0.64 g/kg)剂量组明显减少小鼠的扭体次数,具有良好的镇痛作用;姜状三七高(5.16 g/kg)、中(2.58 g/kg)、低(0.64 g/kg)剂量组均可明显缩短小鼠的出血时间和凝血时间,具有良好的止血作用;对小鼠灌服最大给药浓度(90 g/kg),相当于50 kg成人用量的1 000倍,未出现毒性反应。[结论]姜状三七有镇痛止血作用,且其毒性小,用药范围广。
[ Objective ] To observe the analgesic hemostatic action and acute toxicity reaction of water extracts from Panax zingiberensis, and to provide references for the clinical application and development of P. zingiberensis. [ Method ] Water reflux extraction of P. zingiberensis was carried out. Dry extracts powder was obtained after concentration and drying. Analgesic effect was researched by acetic acid writhing method; hemostasis was researched by tail cutting method and capillary tube method. Mouse intragastric administration was carried out by the maximum concentration. After continuous observation for 14 d, toxic reaction of mice was recorded. [ Result] Compared with control group, writhing times of mice reduced significantly in middle (2.58 g/kg) and low (0.64 g/kg) dosage groups of P. zingiberensis, which had relatively good analgesic effects. Bleeding time and blood coagulation time significantly shortened in high (5.16 g/kg) , middle (2.58 g/kg) and low (0.64 g/kg) dosage groups o~ P. zingiberensis, which had relatively good hemostasis effects. The maximum administration concentration (90 g/kg) was equal to 1000 times of the dosage of 50 kg human adult. And there was no toxic reaction. [ Conclusion] P. zingiberensis has analgesic he- mostatic effect, with sl!ght toxicity and wide application range.
