摘要
目的探讨中医护理干预在肛肠病术后尿潴留患者护理中的应用价值.方法：随机从我院2013年10月~2015年10月收治的肛肠病术后尿潴留患者中抽取96例进行研究,并根据其入院顺序随机将其分为对照组（48例,行常规护理干预）和观察组（48例,行中医护理干预）,评价两组患者的治疗以及护理效果.结果：观察组的总有效率为91.67%（44例）,明显高于对照组的62.50%（30例）;同时,其残余尿量和自主排尿时间均明显优于对照组,组间各指标均存在显著差异（P〈0.05）.结论：肛肠病术后尿潴留患者经中医护理干预效果显著,可促进排尿,显著改善其临床症状,应用价值较高,适宜临床推广.
ObjectiveTo investigate the value of TCM nursing intervention in anorectal postoperative urinary retention in patient care. Methods： The patients were randomly selected from urinary retention after anorectal hospital in October 2013 - October 2015 were treated in 96 cases were studied, and based on its admission randomly divided into a control group （48 cases, routine care intervention） and observation group （48 cases, the line of Chinese nursing intervention）, two groups of patients evaluated the effect of treatment and care.Results： The total compared with the observation group effective rate 91.67% （44 cases）, significantly higher than the 62.50% （30 cases）; at the same time, their self-voiding residual urine volume and time were significantly better than the control group, the group among the indicators are significant differences in the statistical analysis were significance （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM anorectal postoperative urinary retention in patients with significant nursing intervention can promote urination, significant improvement in clinical symptoms, high value, suitable for clinical practice.
