CT增强延时扫描技术在肝脏肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的本文就CT增强延时扫描技术在肝脏肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用效果进行观察与探究.方法:选择我院从2014年2月至2015年4月期间收治的拟诊断肝脏肿瘤患者50例,所有患者入院后均接受CT增强延时扫描技术,最后将诊断结果和病理结果进行分析与对比.结果:本组肝脏肿瘤经手术病理检查后均被证实为肝脏肿瘤,50例患者行CT增强延时扫描技术后,结果显示47例患者被证实为肝脏肿瘤,其中误诊患者3例,诊出率为94%.结论:在肝脏肿瘤鉴别诊断中应用CT增强延时扫描技术,具有较高的诊出率,因此,该方法可以在临床诊断中更进一步的推广并实践. ObjectiveIn this paper, delayed enhanced CT scanning technology application results in the differential diagnosis of liver tumors was observed and exploration.Methods: in our hospital from February 2014 to April 2015 during the proposed diagnosis of liver cancer patients, 50 cases were all patients admitted to hospital after receiving delayed CT technology, the final results of the diagnostic and pathological results were analyzed and compared .Results: The group of liver tumors by pathological examination after surgery of liver tumors were confirmed, 50 patients underwent CT scan after the delay enhanced technology, showed that 47 patients were confirmed as liver tumors, 3 cases of misdiagnosed patients, diagnosed rate 94%.Conclusion: The differential diagnosis of liver tumors in delayed CT technology, has a high rate of diagnosed, therefore, the method may further promote and practice in clinical diagnosis.
