顶空GC-MS快速分析油漆稀释剂中的苯系物 被引量:3

Fast Analysis of Benzene Series in Oil Paints Thinner by Headspace Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立了同时测定油漆稀释剂中常见的7种苯系物的顶空气相色谱-质谱联用(HS/GC-MS)检测方法。研究了顶空条件,包括孵化温度、孵化时间和振动速度,并对色谱参数进行了优化。结果表明:孵化温度60℃、孵化时间20 min、振动速度300 r/min是顶空的最佳条件,DB-5MS UI(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)的色谱柱对7种苯系物在10 min内能进行有效的分离。在优化条件下,7种苯系物的线性范围为0.25~100.0μg/m L,相关系数为0.998 5~1.000,检出限为0.15μg/m L(S/N≥3)。在3个加标水平下,稀释剂中苯系物的回收率在90%~110%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)是0.5%~6.5%。该方法简单、灵敏,可用于油漆稀释剂中苯系物的快速检测。 A headspace gas chromatography mass spectrometry(HS-GC/MS) method was proposed to detect 7 common benzene series in oil paint thinner. The HS conditions were investigated, including equilibrium time, temperature and vibration speed. Then the chromatography parameters were optimized. The experiments showed that the HS method yielded best results at incubation temperature of 60 ℃,incubation time of 20 min,and vibration speed of 300 r/min,where all 7 benzene series were separated well within 10 min with DB-5MS UI(30 m ×0.25 mm×0.25 μm) chromatographic column. Under the optimized conditions, the linear equations were obtained in the concentration range of 0.25~100.0 μg/m L with correlation coefficient(r)of 0.998 5 ~1.000. The limits of detection(S/N ≥3) were 0.15 μg/m L. The recovery rates ranged from 90% to 110% with relative standard deviations(RSD) of 0.5%~6.5%. The proposed method which is simple and sensitive, is suitable for the fast analysis of benzene series in oil paint thinner.
