摘要
旅游行业的蓬勃发展与激烈竞争使旅游企业对旅游管理创新型人才产生了巨大的需求。研究基于创新能力培养的视角,以福建四所高校的旅游管理专业本科生为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式,利用重要—表现分析法(IPA分析法),对影响旅游管理专业大学生创新能力的29个指标进行分析。结果发现这29个指标的实际表现与它们的重要性之间存在着明显的差距。
Due to the prosperity and intense comp etition of tourism industry,it has led to a huge demand of talents specialized in tourism management in tourism enterprises. On the basis of nurturing the innovative ability, selecting the undergraduates in tourism management major from four colleges in Fujian Province as research targets,questionnaires were distributed among the students majored in tourism management to analyze the impact of 29 factors with regard to the method of significance and representation(named IPA). It has been found that the gap between the actual performance of these 29 indicators and their assumed importance was quite obvious.
