摘要
农村生态文明建设对提升农村经济社会发展水平具有重要作用,但是农村生态文明建设存在农民生态意识淡薄、农村产业缺乏生态科技支撑、法律制度不健全、生态环保建设资金不足等诸多问题。全面推进农村生态文明建设必须加大财政支出力度、培育农民生态意识、发展农村生态科技、完善环保监管体制、健全农村生态文明建设法律法规。
Rural ecological civilization construction plays an important role in promoting rural economic and social development, but the construction of ecological civilization in rural areas has many problems such as the weak ecological consciousness of farmers, the lack of ecological science and technology support, the imperfect legal system, and the lack of funds for the construction of ecological environment. To comprehensively promote the construction of ecological civilization in rural areas, we must increase the intensity of financial expenditure, foster the ecological awareness of farmers, develop rural ecological science and technology, improve the environmental protection supervision system, improve the rural ecological civilization construction laws and regulations.
