渤海湾盆地L油田混输原油物性的多参数综合评价

摘要 混输原油物性参数是表征原油基本性质和流体流动流变的参数,是输油工艺设计和管道运行的基础,所以评价方法显得尤为重要。利用数理统计分析技术能直观地反映出混输原油在管道输送过程中的变化规律。研究结果表明:L油田具有高酸、高粘、高含蜡的"三高"特征;各平台月产能的变化,引起混输原油粘度、凝固点和蜡含量的变化;由于酸值偏高,在输油工艺中,应加强防腐措施。 Mixed crude oil physical property parameters are the key parameter for characterization of basic properties and fluid flow rheology, and are the foundation of oil pipeline operation process design, so the evaluation method of mixed crude oil physical property parameters is very important. Using statistical analysis technique is more intuitive to show mixed crude oil change rule in pipeline transportation. The crude oil from L oilfield has the characteristics of high acid, high viscosity and high wax content; the capacity change of different platforms can cause the changes of viscosity, freezing point and wax content of mixed crude oil; because of high acid value, the anti-corrosion measures should be strengthened in the transportation process.
