摘要
随着高分子微球技术的日益创新,流式细胞术与高分子微球技术相结合的流式细胞微球芯片捕获技术也随之产生,流式细胞微球芯片捕获技术又称为流式微球分析技术、流式微球技术、流式微珠阵列术,具有检测灵敏度高、特异性强、分析速度快等优点,应用前景广阔。我们就流式细胞微球捕获芯片技术在医学中的研究进展做简要综述。
With the increasing innovation of polymer microspheres technology, flow cytometry mierospheres cap- ture technology produced from flow cytometry and polymer microsphere technique combining is also generated. Flow cytometry microspheres capture technology is also known as flow cytometly microspheres capture analysis tech- nology, flow cytometry microspheres technology, cytometric bead array, has high detection sensitivity and specifici- ty, fast analysis speed, wide application prospect. In this paper, the research progress of cytometric bead array in the medical was reviewed.
