抗菌肽又称抗微生物肽,是生物先天免疫的重要组成成分,是氨基酸数目<100且具广谱抗菌特性的一类小肽。抗菌肽被广泛应用于生物制药、食品工业、饲料工业等领域。文章综述了抗茵肽的生物活性、在饲料行业中应用、未来研究重点以及发展前景。
Antimicrobial peptides is also known as antimicrobial peptides, which is an important component of biological innate immunity. And Antimicrobial peptides are a group of small peptides with a number of less than100 amino acids, which have broad spectrum antibacterial properties. It is widely used in the field of biological pharmacy, food industry, feed industry and so on. The features, sources, biological activity, application of antimicrobial peptides in feed industry were reviewed.
