钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土静态压缩力学性能试验 被引量:4

摘要 进行3种混杂纤维混凝土(AS-CSHFRC、AS-PHFRC、CS-PHFRC)静态压缩试验,并同时设计素混凝土和单掺纤维混凝土作为对照试验。试验结果表明,混杂纤维的掺入在一定程度上提高了混凝土的静态抗压强度,且大多为正混杂效应;纤维类型和纤维掺量对HFRC力学性能产生较大的影响。钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维混杂作为最优纤维类型,当钢纤维掺量较低时,最优纤维类型是AS-PHFRC;当钢纤维掺量较高时,最优纤维类型是CS-PHFRC。对于AS-CSHFRC,若考虑经济因素,单掺1.5%ASF为最佳纤维掺量,若考虑工程强度,则1%ASF、1%CSF为最佳纤维掺量;对于AS-PHFRC和CS-PHFRC,最佳纤维掺量为0.2%PF、1.5%ASF、0.2%PF、1.5%CSF。 It has carried on the static compression experiment of three kinds of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete ( AS - CSHFRC, CS - PHFRC, AS -PHFRC), and at the same time design plain concrete and single fiber concrete static compression experiment as control experiment.The experimental results show that the mixed hybrid fiber improve the static compressive strength of concrete to a certain extent, and mostly positive hybrid effect.Fiber type and fiber content of HFRC larger impact mechanical properties. Fiber and polypro- pylene fiber mixed as the optimal fiber type.When steel fiber content is low ,the optimal fiber type is the AS - PHFRC.When steel fiber content is higher, the optimal fiber type is CS -PHFRC.For the AS -CSHFRC,if consider economic factors, only mixed 1.5% ASF for best fiber dosage, if consider engineering strength, 1% ASF and 1% CSF for optimal fiber content. For the AS - PHFRC and CS- PHFRC, optimal fiber content is 0.2% PF, 1.5% ASF and 0.2% PF, 1.5% CSF.
