摘要
45钢机械支撑板在调质后发现严重开裂。为此对开裂的支撑板进行了化学成分分析和金相检验。结果表明,造成支撑板开裂的原因,一是原材料中存在气孔和非金属夹杂物缺陷,二是支撑板的实际材料为T9钢而不是45钢。
Mechanical support plate of 45 steel was observed to have appreciable cracks after quenching and tempering. For this reason the cracked support plate was subjected to chemical composition analysis and metallographic examination. The results indicate that the support plate cracking is attributed to defects such as bleb and non-metallic inclusions present in the material,and to the support plate being made of T9 steel rather than of45 steel.
