摘要
为克服传统双级矩阵变换器驱动的永磁同步电机(ISMC-PMSM)调速系统矢量控制系统需要速度位置传感器而使其运行可靠性降低及制造成本提高的缺点,研究了采用滑模观测器(SMO)与锁相环(PLL)结合方法的TSMC-PMSM无传感器矢量控制。通过SMO准确估算出PMSM反电动势,再利用PLL估算出转子位置及速度,实现TSMC-PMSM的矢量控制。仿真及实验结果表明,该方法能较准确地估算转子转速、位置信息,使TSMCPMSM矢量控制具有较好的动、静态性能。
The deficiencies of traditional TSMC-PMSM vector control system are low reliability and high manufacturing cost because of speed sensor and position sensor.In order to overcome these shortcomings,sensorless vector control system of TSMC-PMSM which uses a combined method of sliding mode observer and phase-locked loop is researched.The sliding mode observer is accurately estimate the counter electromotive force of PMSM,and using PLL to estimate the position and speed of rotor,so as to realize vector control of TSMC-PMSM.Simulation and experimental results suggest that the method can accurately estimate the position and speed of rotor,and the proposed system possesses well steady and dynamic performance.
