摘要
为了推进南方电网公司资产全生命周期管理工作,提高资产管理的针对性、灵活性和效率,在充分借鉴国际先进、行业现行的电厂标识系统(Kraftwerk Kennzeichen System,KKS)编码标准基础上,文章按照"区域码+基于KKS编码的设备编码+设备身份证编码"方式构建电网设备编码体系,以"区域码+基于KKS编码的设备编码"方式实现对设备功能位置的标识,以"设备身份证编码"实现对设备唯一性的标识。目前统一设备编码体系已经在南方电网公司下属地市供电局进行部署并初见成效。
In order to accelerate the asset management work of the whole life cycle of China South Power Grid to improve the pertinence, fl exibility and effi ciency of asset management, this paper builds a power grid equipment encoding system using ‘area code''KKS encoding''device identification card encoding'. ‘Area code''KKS encoding' is used to achieve device function location identification, 'device identity card encoding' is used to achieve the identifi cation of the device. The encoding system has been applied in the power supply bureaus of China South Grid Corporation and obtained good effects.
