摘要
选用PET与ES低弹丝为原料,对鞋面中使用的3类横编织物进行拉伸断裂、撕裂以及匀速拉伸试验,分析原料变化、编织工艺与后整理工艺对横编针织运动鞋面材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,不同原料针织物的双向拉伸应力与应变曲线非常类似;不同组织针织物的力学性能差异较大,纵向继裂强度表现为基本组织>辅助组织>孔洞组织,横向断裂强度表现为辅助组织>基本组织,不同孔洞组织由于成形方式及大小不同对其力学性能影响较大,因此在鞋面生产中应结合实际受力情况进行合理的组织结构设计;为使横编针织物拉伸应力增加,变形减少,织物尺寸稳定,因此对织物进行合理的后整理也是保证其各项强力指标达到鞋帮面材料性能要求的重要方式。
The paper develops three kinds of knitted shoe upper fabrics on flat knitting machine by using low stretch yarn of PET and ES. It also tests the tensile breaking, tearing and constant stretching rate tensile properties, and analyzes the influence of material, knitting process and finishing process on the mechanical properties.The results show that the two-way stretch stress and strain curves of knitted fabrics with different materials are very similar; the mechanical properties of different structures are obviously different; for the longitudinal strength, the basic structure is the largest, and the auxiliary structure is larger than the eyelet structure; for the transverse strength, the auxiliary structure is better than the basic structure; different eyelet structures have great influence on the mechanical properties due to different forming methods and sizes, so reasonable structure design should be combined with the actual stress in the production. In order to increase the tensile strength and the fabric stability,reduce the deformation of fabric, and ensure all strength indices to meet the requirements of knitted shoe upper fabrics, the producer should adopt reasonable finishing technology.
