摘要
分析服装企业传统捆包流的弊端,以及单件流的概念、作业方式、优点和实现条件。探讨手动直线双排型单件流在企业实际应用中的具体操作和实施单件流需要进行的准备工作。通过本文研究来改善企业传统生产方式,进行科学生产,使生产达到平衡,从而提高生产效率,降低成本,提高企业竞争力。
The paper analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional bundle package flow, and the concept of single piece flow, operation mode, advantages and implementation conditions. Then it studies specific operation of the manual double row straight line in enterprises and the preparation work in the implementation of single piece flow.This research results can be used to improve the traditional production, carry on the scientific production, make the production balance, according improve the production efficiency, reduce costs, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
