摘要
为给煤矿井下大功率深孔定向钻探设备提供泥浆介质,研制了煤矿井下新型钻探设备——BLY390型煤矿井下履带式泥浆泵车。该泵车立足于大功率设备多体化的思路,克服大功率钻机外形尺寸增大带来的使用和运输不便的问题,采用负载敏感液压技术,解决了单独的泥浆泵对定向钻探负载适应性差的问题。应用实践表明,BLY390型泥浆泵车搬迁便捷、钻场适用性强,输出流量大、压力高,可满足瓦斯抽采、防治水、顶底板治理以及大直径高位钻孔等各种钻孔对介质的需求。
In order to supply the slurry for the high-power long-borehole directional drilling equipment working in underground colliery, a new-type drilling equipment used in underground colliery, BLY390 slurry pump crawler, was developed. Based on the thinking of dividing the high-power equipment into multiple bodies, BLY390 slurry pump crawler avoided the inconvenience in service and transportation due to large outline of the high-power drill, and load sensitive hydraulic technology was applied to deal with the low adaptability of directional drilling load of separate slurry pump. Practice results showed BLY390 slurry pump crawler was characterized by convenient relocation, strong adaptability of drilling scene, large output flow and high pressure. It met the requirements of various drilling duty on the medium such as gas drainage, water control, control of coal seam roof and floor, large-diameter drilling etc.
