摘要
采用探索性单案例研究方法,通过对华晨汽车集团的深入研究,探讨了变革型领导行为对企业绩效的影响过程和机理,研究结果表明,变革型领导及其维度对企业绩效有正向影响,公司企业家精神和动态能力在这一作用过程中起中介作用。其中,变革型领导的愿景激励、影响力和个性化关怀维度通过公司企业家精神的灵活创新精神、自强精神和拼搏进取精神影响企业绩效;智力激发维度通过公司企业家精神的灵活创新精神和拼搏进取精神对企业绩效产生影响。此外,公司企业家精神的灵活创新精神和拼搏进取精神维度通过动态能力的灵活整合能力、环境洞察能力和快速吸收能力作用于企业绩效;自强精神维度通过动态能力的灵活整合能力和快速吸收能力作用于企业绩效。
This paper adapts the methods of a single exploratory case study approach, through in-depth study of a Chinese mobile company to explore the influence and mechanism for transformational leadership of this type on business perfor- mance, the results show that transformational leadership and its dimensions have a positive impact on performance, corporate entrepreneurship and dynamic capability play the intermediary role in this action process. Among them, the motivation, in- fluence, and personalized care dimensions of transformational leadership affecting the company through flexible innovative spirit, self-reliance and hard work spirit, intellectual stimulation dimension affecting the company through flexible innovative spirit and hard work spirit. Flexible innovative spirit and hard work spirit of the company's entrepreneurial spirit dimensions affect business performance through a flexible integration capability, environmental insight and rapid absorption capacity of dynamic capability, self-reliance through affect business performance through a flexible integration capability and rapid absorp- tion capacity of dynamic capability, this new theoretical framework provides inspiration for Chinese companies to rely on transformational leadership foster competitive advantage.
