摘要
对不同含量的聚酰胺6(PA6)在微型注塑中对聚丙烯(PP)形态结构和结晶行为的影响,以及PA6的相形态进行了详细研究。偏光显微镜(PLM)结果表明,微型制品中存在明显的"皮-芯"结构。扫面电镜(SEM)结果表明,PA6在PP中形成了良好的纤维,并且PA6的加入会使中心层的球晶尺寸变小,剪切层的柱晶结构更加细化。DSC和WAXD结果也同时表明了微型注塑中的剪切力和温度场能够促进β晶的生成,然而PA6的加入会降低β晶的含量。
The effect of different content of PA6 on the morphology and crystallization behaviors of polypropylene/polyamide-6(PP/PA6) prepared through microinjection molding were investigated in detail, and the phase morphology of PA6 was studied. Polarized light microscopy(PLM) shows that there is a clear "skin-core" structure in the micro products. The SEM results show that the PA6 microfibers forms under microinjection molding, resulting in the smaller size of spherulites and the formation of cylindrulites. The results of DSC and WAXD show that the higher shear rate and thermal gradient can promote the formation of β-crystals under microinjection molding. However, the addition of PA6 can decrease the content of β-crystals.
