摘要
目的构建全科临床师资标准,为全科师资队伍建设提供具体、规范、标准的客观依据,促进高素质全科师资队伍的发展,为培养全科医学人才提供保障。方法选取上海市卫生和计划生育委员会相关部门专家4人、上海市4家高等医学院校的全科教学管理主管专家各1人,共8人;选取上海市31家全科临床培训基地的基地主任、教学管理部门负责人各1人,共62人,以上70人为本研究全科教育专家。在上海市31家全科临床培训基地中选取全科临床师资150人、全科规范化培训学员93人,共243人。基于层次分析法(AHP)的统计原理,在国内外相关文献研究的基础上,对8名上海市卫计委和高等医学院校专家进行咨询,提出全科临床师资标准的初级指标;采用焦点访谈法,对70名全科教育专家进行咨询,构建全科临床师资标准的三级基本层次框架。采用信函方式,对150名全科临床师资和93名全科规范化培训学员进行问卷调查,采用Yaahp软件计算整合出各指标的权重。结果基于全科临床师资纳入、培训、考核3个层面的准则要求,构建了包括3个一级指标(分别为师资遴选纳入标准、教学能力评价标准、师资考核评价标准)、13个二级指标、46个三级指标的全科临床师资标准,并确定了各指标权重。结论本研究有望构建出一套客观量化的全科临床师资标准,使得全科临床师资队伍建设有据可依。
Objective To establish the standard for clinical teachers in general practice,in order to provide specific,standardized and objective references for the development of GP teaching staff team and promote the talent training for general practice. Methods We selected 4 experts from the relevant departments of Shanghai Health and Family Planning Committee,and1 specialist who was in charge of GP teaching management in each of 4 medical colleges and universities in Shanghai; all together8 people were enrolled. We enrolled 1 base director and 1 person in charge of teaching administrative department from each of 31 GP clinical training bases in Shanghai; all together 62 people were enrolled. And the above 70 subjects were enrolled as the GP education experts in the study. We also enrolled 150 GP clinical teachers and 93 students of standardized GP training from 31 GP clinical training bases,with all together 243 people enrolled. Based on analytic hierarchy process( AHP) and the research of relevant literature in China and abroad,consultation was conducted on the 8 experts from Shanghai Health and Family Planning Committee and medical colleges and universities in Shanghai,and primary indexes of the standard for GP clinical teachers were put forward; consultation was made on 70 GP education experts by focus group interview method,and three-level basic frame of the standard for GP clinical teachers was established. Questionnaire survey was conducted on 150 GP clinical teachers and 93 students of standardized GP training by letters,and Yaahp software was adopted to calculate and integrate the weight of each index. Results Based on the criteria and requirements of GP clinical teachers at three levels which are inclusion,training and assessment,3 primary indexes( the standard of teacher selection, the evaluation criterion of teaching ability and teacher evaluation criteria), 13 secondary indexes and 46 tertiary indexes were established, and the weight of each index was determined. Conclusion A set of objective and quantized standard for GP clinical teachers was established in the study,which provides references for the development of GP clinical teaching staff team.
