医学院校学生社会责任感的培育路径--以温州医科大学为例 被引量:12

摘要 在医学模式转变和社会转型背景下,社会责任感教育已成为医学院校人才培养的核心要素之一。温州医科大学作为一所特色鲜明的地方院校,坚持以问题为导向,注重顶层设计,整合资源,开展医学生社会责任感教育。学校从社会责任感教育体系构建、社会责任感和医学教育融合、医学生社会责任感内化机制、医学生社会责任教育的实践路径等方面进行探索,形成了富有成效的医学生社会责任感教育新体系,明显增强了学生的社会责任感,促进了学生综合素质和就业竞争力的提升,为地方医学院校人才培养改革提供了借鉴范式。 With the medical model transformation and social changes,cultivation on sense of social responsibility hasbeen one of the core elements in medical education. Wenzhou Medical University,as a distinctive local institution ofhigher learning,has its own way to cultivate medical students' sense of social responsibility,which is problem-oriented,top-level-designed and resources-integrated. Exploration has been made in terms of construction of social responsibilitytraining system, integration of social responsibility education with medical education, internalization of socialresponsibility and social practice for medical students,etc. By doing so,a new and effective social responsibilityeducational system has been constructed. As a result,medical students are more aware of the social responsibilities theyhold and both their overall quality and competitiveness in job market are thus greatly improved,which can be a role modelfor more medical colleges and universities in China.
