摘要
研究了初始组织对409L铁素体不锈钢组织和织构的影响。将冷轧和退火工艺引入到了等轴晶和全柱状晶铸带中。结果表明,全等轴晶铸带经冷轧后以较强的α纤维织构和γ纤维织构,全柱状晶铸带经冷轧后以较强的α纤维织构和较差的γ纤维为特征。退火工艺后,与全柱状晶铸带经冷轧退火后相比,全等轴晶铸带经冷轧后组织更加细小、均匀,全等轴晶试样经冷轧后γ纤维织构相比没有处理的更强。
The influence of initial structure on the microstructure and texture of 409L ferritic stainless steel was studied. The process of cold rolling and annealing were introduced to equiaxed and columnar cast strip. The results show that the fully equiaxed cast strip through cold rolled has strong a-fiber and y-fiber texture, however, the fully columnar cast strip through cold rolled is characterized by strong a-fiber and weak y-fiber. After annealing, the microstructure of fully equiaxed cast strip through cold rolled is refined and homogenized. The y-fiber of fully columnar cast strip after cold rolling is stronger than that of without treatment.
