摘要
在电力供应紧张而无法对所有用户供电的时期,就需要中断对一些不太重要用户的供电。这样,如何对用户的用电优先性进行适当排序即用户有序用电排序就是一个需要解决的重要问题。不同用户的用电特性不同,适于采用的数据描述方式也未必一致。在此背景下,针对用户有序用电中排序评价时存在的不同数据信息形式问题,并以错峰用电为例,采用了一种基于混合占优的混合多属性决策方法。该方法通过计算参加有序用电排序的用户在不同属性指标下的混合占优度,确定各用户在这些属性指标下的综合贴近度;在考虑主客观综合赋权的基础上,通过计算加权贴近度对参与有序用电的用户进行排序。最后,用实际例子说明了该方法的可行性与基本特性。
It is necessary to interrupt power supply to less important users when the total power supply cannot meet the overall demand.Thus,an important issue to be addressed is how to properly prioritize users'electricity use,which is the so-called orderly power utilization ranking problem.Different users have different demanding characteristics,and the most suitable data description methods for these users may be different as well.With special emphasis on peak load shifting,a hybrid multiple attribute decision-making method based on mixed-data dominance is presented to solve the problem with various types of data to be handled in the orderly power utilization ranking problem.In the proposed method,the mixed-data dominance of each electricity user under a specified index is calculated and employed to identify the comprehensive closeness degree.The comprehensive weight of each index attained by taking into account both the objective and subjective weights can be used to calculate the weighted closeness degree of each electricity user,and hence to rank the sequence for orderly power utilization.Finally,apractical example is adopted for demonstrating the feasibility and features of the proposed method.
