摘要
目的分析外放疗联合放射性^(125)I粒子植入治疗口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤效果及副作用。方法选取我院2010年12月~2013年12月口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者79例,随机抽签分为观察组与对照组,观察组39例,对照组40例。观察组患者采用外放疗联合放射性^(125)I粒子植入治疗口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤,对照组采用放射性^(125)I粒子植入治疗。比较两组治疗后的总有效率、副作用发生率和随访6个月后复发和转移情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者RR为94.87%,对照组为72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组副作用发生率为15.38%,对照组为40.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组随访6个月后有5.13%患者有复发倾向,对照组为7.69%,观察组无患者出现转移,对照组为5.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外放疗联合放射性^(125)I粒子植入治疗口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤疗效明显,复发率和转移率低。
Objective To analyze the effects and side effects of external radiotherapy combined with radioactive -（125）I particles implantation in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors. Methods 79 cases of patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors who were admitted in our hospital between December 2010 and December 2013 were selectedand randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 39 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group. Patients in the observation group were treated with external radiotherapy combined with radioactive -（125）I particles implantation while the control group were only treated with radioactive -（125）I particles implantation. The total effective rates, incidence of side effects and recurrence after 6 months of follow-up were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, RR of the observation group was 94.87% while that of the control group was 72.50%（P〈0.05）. The incidence of side effects in the observation group was 15.38% while in the control group was 40.74%（P〈0.05）. In the observation group, 5.13% patients had recurrence tendency after being followed up for 6 months while in the control group was 7.69%. There were no patients with metastasis in the observation group and 5% with metastasis in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of external radiotherapy combined with radioactive -（125）I particles implantation in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors is significant. The recurrence rate and metastasis rate are low.
