摘要
目的分析替勃龙片与替硝唑泡腾片联用治疗老年性阴道炎的效果。方法回顾性分析我院2014年5月-2015年10月收治的88例老年性阴道炎患者,按照使用药物的不同将其划分为观察组以及对照组。结果观察组以及对照组经过不同药物治疗后,其临床有效率经过计算后分别为90.91%以及72.73%,对比差异有统计学意义,不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05。结论老年阴道炎患者在临床治疗中应将替勃龙片与替硝唑泡腾片联用,以此来提升临床疗效。
Objective To analyze livial and tinidazole effervescent tablets on patients with senile vaginitis results. Methods 88 cases of senile vaginitis patients were chosen in our hospital from May 2014 to October 2015, according to the use of different drugs can be divided into the observation group and the control group. Results The observation group and control group after treatment with different drugs, their clinical efficiency were calculated after 90.91% and 72.73%, there was statistically significant difference, the adverse reaction rate had no significant difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion Elderly patients in the clinical treatment of vaginitis should livial and tinidazole effervescent tablets in conjunction with, in order to enhance clinical efficacy.
