摘要
高职护理专业在我省得到迅猛发展,在取得进步的同时,高职护理英语教学也存在着一些问题:高职护生的英语基础较为薄弱;英语听说能力欠缺,哑巴英语现象突出;教师教法单调,弊端突出;大班教学,课堂组织困难等。护理英语翻转课堂的实践表明,翻转课堂的实施需要解决好如何有效地组织大班授课、提高教师课堂驾驭能力、培养学生自主学习能力、合理地分配时间、获得先进设备和技术等问题。
Nursing profession gets rapid development in higher vocational college in our province,but nursing English teaching still exists some problems： the English foundation of vocational students is weak; students＇ English listening and speaking skills are poor,the phenomenon of dumb English is prominent; teaching methods are tedious,drawbacks highlight in the teaching process; the organization of a large class is very difficult. Practical teaching of nursing English shows that flipped classroom needs to solve how to effectively organize the large class,improve teachers ＇ ability of controlling,train students ＇ autonomous learning ability,reasonably allocate of time as well as get access to advanced equipment and technology,etc.
