摘要
在进行发动机可靠性试验时,突发异响,检查时发现系连杆大头处断裂,断裂截面位于连杆螺栓头部凸台处,通过物理分析和CAE分析,查找连杆断裂根源,提出改善建议措施,使发动机可靠性得到进一步提升。
In engine reliability test,abnormalsounds suddenly,checks it and find the connecting rod is broken.The fracture section is located at the head of the connecting rod bolts. Through physical and CAE analysis,search for connecting rod fracture reason,put forward suggestions for improvement,so that the engine reliability is further enhanced.
