摘要
通过分析增加BSG系统前的整车NEDC循环试验时ECU采集到的发动机转速和扭矩,计算出不同BSG电机与发动机传动比的BSG电机转速和扭矩,然后根据BSG电机额定转速及外特性特点,可以计算出BSG电机的功率。选定BSG电机功率和传动比后,再根据NEDC循环工况来设计初步的BSG系统的控制策略。
By analyzing the NEDC test of the vehicle before the BSG system,the engine speed and torque of ECU were collected,and the speed and torque of the BSG motor were calculated. According to the characteristics of BSG motor rated speed and external characteristics,the power of BSG motor can be calculated. The function of the BSG system is designed according to the NEDC to select the parameters of the BSG motor and the drive ratio.
