摘要
消失模铸造铝合金工业化程度还不是很高,其中一个原因就是消失模铸铝件的孔隙率大,缩孔、气孔,特别是针孔严重,影响了铝合金消失模的应用与发展。重点总结了浇注温度、精炼、涂料、真空度、模样密度、浇注系统、变质处理工艺因素对消失模铸铝件孔隙率影响的研究成果及防治措施。
The lost foam casting industrialization degree of aluminum alloy is still not very high because of some problems. The one reason is the larger porosity,the shrinkage and hole in aluminum alloy casting are serious,particularly pinhole,which have impacts on the development and application of aluminum alloy lost foam casting. The paper summarizes the influence of the pouring temperature, refining, coating, vacuum degree, pattern density, pouring system and modification process factors on the lost foam casting aluminum alloy porosity and its prevention measures.
