摘要
建立了用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)测定指甲油中的邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯(DEHP)的检测方法。指甲油经有机溶剂提取后,用0.22μm聚四氟乙烯滤器过滤后,采用GC-MS进行分析。结果表明,方法的线性范围为0.3μg/m L^5.0μg/m L,拟合优度为0.9968;线性范围为1.0μg/m L^10μg/m L,拟合优度0.9982;线性范围为5.0μg/m L^20μg/m L,拟合优度为0.9998;方法检出限为15mg/kg。该方法简单、灵敏,提取时间少,易操作。
The meathod for the determination of Dioctyl phthalate (DEHP) in nail polish by Gas Chromatograpy - Mass Spec- trometer( GC - MS). The DEHP was extracted form organic solvent,filter through a 0.22pxa PTFE filter and determination by GC - MS. The linear calibration curve was obtained in the range of 0.3μg/mL ~ 5.0μg/mL with a goodness of fit of 0. 9968. The linear calibration curve was obtained in the range of 1.0μg/mL~ 10μg/mL with a goodness of fit of 0. 9982. The linear calibration curve was obtained in the range of 5.0μg/mL ~ 20μg/mL with a goodness of fit of 0.9998. The detection limit of the method was 15mg/kg. This method is simple,sensitive,less extraction time and easy to operate.
