Fe_2O_3对菱镁矿尾矿合成镁橄榄石材料晶体结构与性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 在工业废弃物菱镁矿尾矿中加入石英砂和少量Fe2O3,经1550℃反应烧结合成镁橄榄石材料,探讨Fe2O3对合成镁橄榄石材料晶体结构与性能的影响。利用XRD、X'pert plus软件、SEM对合成镁橄榄石的相组成、晶胞参数、显微结构等进行研究。结果表明:Fe2O3的引入使得镁橄榄石结构中形成缺陷,导致晶胞参数和晶胞体积发生改变,促进了高温液相的形成,加速了离子的扩散,加快了反应速度,促进了镁橄榄石的烧结,但在某种程度上降低了镁橄榄石的合成率。 Forsterite was synthesized by reaction sintering at 1550 ℃ using industrial waste magnesite tailings and silica sand as raw materials,small amount of Fe2O3 as additive. The effect of Fe2O3 on the crystalline structure and properties of synthetic forsterite was studied. The phases composition,cell parameters and microstructure of synthetic forsterite were characterized by XRD,X' pert plus software and SEM. Results show that,the additive Fe2O3 results to the formation of defects in structures which lead to the change of cell parameters and volume of the forsterite. The increasing of high temperature liquid phase,the acceleration of ions diffusion and solid state reaction,and the promotion of the sintering of forsterite are attributed to Fe2O3. The synthetic ratio of forsterite decreased in a way.
