摘要
在大学发展的历史进程中,大学治理与传统自上而下的大学管理不同,其涉及到各个利益相关者的权力配置。教师参与大学治理是高校和谐、健康发展的重要内生力。教师参与现代大学治理是实现大学治理高效化与科学化的保障、是提升高校组织氛围的诉求、是教师自我实现与专业化的需要。当前在现代大学治理的发展进程中,出现了诸如多元主体理念误区、权力失衡导致的教师参与大学治理层次与深度较弱、制度权力中教师参与治理的弱化等问题。在未来大学治理的发展中,应该通过在治理背景下提升教师参与意识,树立以人为本的治理理念、科学定位权力,通过协调结构的设置实现学术与行政权力互动等方面的建设来实现现代大学治理向良性健康方向发展。
University governance is different from traditional university governance in the development history of university, because it involves each stakeholder' s power disposition. It is the endogenous power of teacher' s participation in university governance to the harmonious and healthy development of colleges and university, the guarantee for high efficiency and scientific, the way to promote the appeal in organizational climate in colleges and university, the require of self-actualization and specialization of teachers. There are many problems in the process of development of modern university administration. For example, the misunderstanding of multiple subjects idea, power imbalance lead to less deepness for teacher's participation in university governance and the weakness of teacher's participation in university governance in institutional power. In the future development of university governance, we should improve the sense of teacher' s participation in university governance, set up the ideology of humanism and scientific orientation of the right, make coordination structure for the construction of interaction in academic and administrative power thus to achieve the positive and healthy direction of modern university governance development.
