摘要
目的观察认知记忆训练对老年人记忆障碍的康复训练效果。方法采用简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、MMSE的回忆得分及日常生活能力量表(ADL)对老年记忆障碍患者进行评估。将102名患者随机分为训练组和对照组;对照组维持原有的治疗和生活习惯,训练组采用加做计算机辅助认知记忆训练,训练前和训练3个月后通过MMSE、MMSE的回忆及ADL评分评价训练效果。结果对训练组训练前后的MMSE和MMSE的回忆得分成绩进行比较,结果显示训练组训练后得分均较前有显著提高,而对照组成绩提高无统计学意义,表明记忆训练可显著改善患者记忆能力。干预后训练组的ADL得分较对照组及干预前均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论计算机辅助认知记忆训练对老年记忆障碍患者的记忆功能有明显改善,并能提高患者的日常生活能力。
Objective To evaluate the effect of cognitive training on the elderly with dysmnesia. Methods Elderly patients with dysmnesia were evaluated by mini-mental state examination（ MMSE）,MMSE memory scores and activity of daily living（ ADL）. 102 patients were randomly divided into training group and control group. The training group received computer assisted cognitive rehabilitation training,while the control group maintained the original therapy and living habit without any training measures. The mini mental state examination（ MMSE）,MMSE memory score and activity of daily living（ ADL） were used to evaluate the training effects at the beginning and after 3 months of the training. Results The MMSE and MMSE memory scores were significantly increased in the training group after the treatment,while the scores of MMSE and MMSE memory scores in control group scores before and after treatment had no statistical significance,which indicated the memory training could significantly improve the memory ability. The ADL score of the training group after the treatment was significantly lower than the control group and also before the treatment. Conclusions Computer-assisted memory training can improve the memory function and ability of daily living of the elderly.
