摘要
为了探讨日粮中添加丙谷胺对奶牛采食量和生产性能的影响,试验采取单因素随机分组试验设计,选取45头健康和体况、采食量、胎次、泌乳天数、产奶量相近的中国荷斯坦奶牛随机分为3个处理组(n=15),即对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别在基础日粮中按精料基础添加1 000,1 500 mg/kg丙谷胺。预试期14 d,正试期90 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组在整个试验期内干物质采食量平均提高了3.67%(P〈0.05),产奶量平均提高了4.32%(P〈0.05),乳脂率平均提高了0.35个百分点(P〈0.05),乳脂产量平均提高了12.53%(P〈0.05);试验Ⅰ组在试验1~30 d内干物质采食量显著提高了2.36%(P〈0.05),在其他时期试验Ⅰ组与对照组相比各项指标并未出现显著性差异(P〉0.05)。说明在日粮精料基础上添加1 500 mg/kg丙谷胺能够显著提高奶牛干物质采食量,使奶牛产奶量、乳脂率、乳脂产量均显著提高,提高奶牛的生产性能。
To investigate the effect of adding proglumide in diets on feed intake and productive performance of dairy cows, a single - factor ran- domized design was used in the test. Forty - five healthy Chinese Holstein cows with similar body condition, feed intake, parity, number of days of lactation, and milk yield, were randomly divided into throe treatment groups ( n = 15 ), including a control group, test group I, and test group II. The control group was fed the basal diets, and the test I and II groups were fed based diets supplemented with 1 000 and 1 500 mg/ kg of proglumide based on fine material. The pro -test period was 14 d, and the test period wasg0 d. The rosults showed that compared with the control group throughout the test period, the dry matter intake (DMI) in the test group 11 improved an average of 3.67% ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the milk yield increased by an average 4.32% ( P 〈 0.05 ), the milk fat improved an average of 0.35 percentage point ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the milk fat yield improved an average of 12.53% ( P 〈 0.05 ). The DMI in the test I group significantly increased 2.36% ( P 〈 0. 05) within 1 d to 30 d. There were no significant differences (P 〉 0.05 ) in various indexes between the test I and II groups in other periods. The results indicate that adding 1 500 mg/kg proglumide based on the dietary concentrate can significantly improve the DMI of dairy cows, and make the milk yield, milk fat, milk fat yield to be Significantly improved, and improve the productive performance of dairy cows.
