摘要
以沉积沉淀法制备的复合型氧化物CuO-CeO_2为催化剂,与H2O2构成多相类Fenton体系。实验结果表明,CuO-CeO_2表面为明显的晶型,比表面积大;在正常光照,反应温度为25℃,溶液初始p H为6,硝基苯初始质量浓度为10 mg/L,H_2O_2投加量为12.5 mmol/L,催化剂投加量为500 mg/L的最佳条件下,反应180 min,硝基苯的去除率可达到83.78%;其催化氧化过程遵循羟基自由基反应机理;反应过程中溶铜量很少,且多相类Fenton反应起主导作用;催化剂连续重复回收使用5次仍具有良好的催化性能。
A CuO-CeO_2 heterogeneous catalyst for the Fenton-like reaction with H_2O_2 was prepared by a deposition-precipitation method. The experimental results showed that CuO-CeO_2 showed clear crystal on the surface with a large specific surface area; under the conditions of normal illumination, reaction temperature being 25 ℃, initial p H of the solution being 6, initial mass concentration of nitrobenzene being 10 mg/L, H_2O_2 dosage being 12.5 mmol/L and catalyst dosage being 500 mg/L, reaction time was 180 min and the removal rate of nitrobenzene was 83.78%; the catalytic process followed hydroxyl radical reaction mechanism. The concentration of Cu2+was very small during the whole reaction process, and heterogeneous Fenton-like reaction played a dominant role in this system. The activity of catalyst after 5 times of reuse was still good.
