摘要
利用有限元软件Abaqus模拟了高锰钢冲击过程,研究高锰钢冲击过程中时效温度、载荷、频率对硬化层深度的影响。研究表明,时效温度越高,等效应变值越小,则硬化层深度越小;冲击频率和载荷越大,则等效应变值越大,则硬化层深度越大。
In order to understand effects of aging temperature,load,frequency on the hardened layer depth of high manganese steel during impact process,Abaqus software was employed to simulate highmanganese steel impact process.The results reveal that with the aging temperature increase,the equivalent plastic strain and the depth of hardened layer are decreased,while with the increase of impact frequency and load,the equivalent plastic strain and the depth of hardened layer are increased.
