摘要 通过对新钢特厚板生产过程中关键轧制技术及工艺的分析和探讨,制定出用355 mm连铸坯生产厚度为100 mm的16Mn DR特厚板的轧制道次分配、轧制速度和轧制温度等试验工艺参数,轧制出了尺寸稳定以及各项力学性能均优良的特厚钢板。 Based on analysis and discussion on the extra- heavy plate process in Xinyu Steel,the process parameters like rolling passes,rolling speed and temperatureare are formulated to produce steel plates 16 Mn DR with thickness 100 mm rolled by 355 mm slabs,extra- heavy plates have the size stability and excellent mechanical properties.
